太冠「北斎純米」は、ウメやすもも系の控えめな香りと、マスカットや巨峰果肉の甘い後味が若干あり、アルコールに染み込んだ酸味と甘味が印象的で、クリアでしっとりした飲みやすい中辛日本酒。

太冠「北斎純米」の香り
お米由来のアルコールの香りがあるが、香り立ちは非常に弱く、若干お米由来の酸味っぽい香りがあるが、香りが総じて弱い。少しウメやすもものような控えめでフルーティーな香りがある。
【SAKE Aroma】
There is a smell of alcohol derived from the rice, but the aroma is very weak, and although there is a slight sourness from the rice, the aroma is generally weak. There is a subtle, fruity aroma, somewhat reminiscent of plum or Japanese plum.
【SAKE Taste】
Light on the palate, clear and low-irritation. On the tongue, it has a fruity sweetness reminiscent of the aftertaste of Muscat or Kyoho grapes, and spreads with a gentle, creamy flavor. It has a well-balanced flavor with a sense of alcohol that lingers until the end.
It is not dry, but since it is alcohol-based and has a sour and sweet taste, it is more on the dry side than medium dry. A moist, dry sake.
太冠「北斎純米」の味
口当たり軽く、クリアで低刺激。舌の上でマスカットや巨峰の後味にあるようなフルーティーな甘味をもち、しとやかでクリーミーな広がりがある。バランスよい味わいでアルコール感が最後まで残る。
辛口ではないが、アルコールベースで、酸味と甘味があるため、中辛よりの辛口。しっとりした辛口日本酒。
太冠「北斎純米」の色
少し白いクリーム色が混ざったような銀系色で、ほぼ無色透明、クリアな色合い。
