There are two ways to go from Narita International Airport to Mt. Fuji Station in Yamanashi Prefecture: by train or bus. It takes about 3 hours by private car, about 4 hours including breaks. By train, it will take approximately 5 hours including transfers.

Cheapest and Safest Way|Express Bus

The best way to get there is to take an express bus from Narita International Airport to Otsuki Station in Yamanashi Prefecture, and from Otsuki Station take the Fuji Kyuko Line to Mt. Fuji Station.

Even better, there is an express bus that runs directly from Narita International Airport to Mt. Fuji Station, so we recommend taking this bus.

The express bus fare is around 5,000 yen per adult, and you can get from Narita International Airport to Mt. Fuji Station without changing trains or worrying about getting lost or stolen.

Bus Stop and Ticket Office

The express bus ticket offices are located on the first floor(ground floor) of both the north and south areas of Terminal 1.

In Terminal 2, there are one on the A zone side and B zone side on the 1st floor(ground floor) of the main building.

It is also located on the first floor(ground floor) of Terminal 3.

If you don’t know, ask the staff at the counter and they will help you out. When you ask the staff, just be polite and take your time and tell them where you want to go and they will tell you the best way to go. Don’t be rude.

Narita Airport’s express Bus Stops are located on the 1st floor of Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3. The boarding point at each terminal differs depending on your destination. The bus stop number is written on your ticket.

By Train

Take the train from Narita Airport Station(成田空港駅) in Terminal 1 or Airport Terminal No.2 Building Station(空港第2ビル駅) in Terminal 2&3.Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 are connected.
